Our Story
Camp Papillon Animal Shelter is a nonprofit, no-kill animal shelter and rescue organization based in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, serving Monroe County and the surrounding area. It’s dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming companion animals—especially those that are unwanted, neglected, abused, or homeless—while working to prevent animal cruelty in all its forms.
